1. Our Commitment to Privacy

EvoluNutri IA values the privacy and security of the personal and sensitive data of its users, healthcare professionals, athletes and patients. This Policy describes how we collect, store, use and protect your information under Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018 - LGPD).

2. On-Device Photos vs. Anonymized Cloud Silhouettes

To obtain an anthropometric estimate, the user selects two photos (front and side). Image processing follows strict security and privacy rules:

• Original Photos Stored Entirely Locally: Original patient photos are NOT saved on cloud servers. They are stored exclusively in the user’s own browser or device (IndexedDB/local device).
• Fully Anonymized Silhouettes in the Cloud: The only image stored on our servers (Supabase Storage) is the 2D vector outline extracted by AI. It is a silhouette with no face, skin tone, tattoos, body markings or any other identifiable physical feature of the person.
• Complete Privacy and Confidentiality: Only the user/professional can access the original photos on their local device.
• Measurement Metrics: Calculated numerical metrics (circumferences, body fat %, lean mass) are synchronized with encryption.

3. Your Rights under Brazil’s LGPD

You have the right to request confirmation of processing, access to your data, correction of incomplete information, or permanent deletion of your personal data and assessment history at any time by contacting support.
